Watch the Official Video from 86FEST presented by Turn 14 Distribution at Auto Club Speedway! See all the cars, from the long lines of Scion FRS and Subaru BRZ owners, to the group of classic AE86 and TE72 Corolla owners who made the trek to our event – some from as far away as the San Francisco Bay Area, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah! There’s also an ever growing group of Subaru WRX, STi, Legacy, and Impreza owners that have been coming out to 86FEST to join in the fun at Auto Club Speedway!

86 vs 86?! There has been a TON of heated debate between AE86 owners and the owners of the new ZN6/ZC6 chassis Scion FR-S, Subaru BRZ and Toyota GT86. While there are many old school Corolla heads who have welcomed the new 86 into the world with open arms, let’s be honest. There ARE a lot of FRS/BRZ haters who constantly come up with reasons to dislike the car. We wonder if these old school guys have ever DRIVEN a ZN6/ZC6 on the racetrack though? If any of you 86ers want one of these 86FEST commemorative posters for FREE, simply bring your AE86, Scion FR-S, or Subaru BRZ to Irwindale Speedway on Sunday, September 21 and park in our huge car corral for 86 Owners! These posters are LIMITED PRODUCTION and will definitely be sold out! These are subject to a first come, first served basis, and first priority will be given to the people who have registered their cars in the show!

For any crews that want to park together, make a list of how many cars you’re bringing, with the driver names, email addresses, and cellphone numbers and we’ll make spaces for YOUR crew in the special car corrals. We’re doing parking layout this week, so pls let us know ASAP! [Read more…]
